Our dedicated wedding coordination team is here to ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish, handling all the details so you can fully enjoy your special day. From managing timelines and coordinating vendors to overseeing the flow of events, we bring your vision to life with professionalism and care. Let us take on the planning, so you can focus on celebrating love with family and friends.
How it works
Ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone!
1. Online or Phone meeting with the couple 1-2 months before the wedding day.
2. Assist couple with finalizing the wedding day timeline.
3. Venue & vendors communication & confirmation
4. Wedding day to-do’s and reminders
5. Meeting/rehearsal on the wedding day upon request.
6. Assist all vendors with the setup of all the needs.
7. Assist guests and the wedding party as needed.
8. Oversee vendor operations on the wedding day.
9. Keep the event on schedule (ceremony, reception, etc.).
10. Handle and troubleshoot any unexpected issues on the day.
Wedding Day Timeline

Morning: Getting Ready
• 8:00 AM – Hair and makeup starts for the bride and bridal party
Groom and groomsmen start getting ready
10:00 AM - Vendors get ready (Florist, DJ, etc.)
• 11:00 AM – Photographer arrives (getting ready shots)
• 12:00 AM – First look (optional) / Couple’s portraits
• 12:30 AM – Wedding party photos
（Couple with bridesmaid&groomsmen)
Afternoon: Ceremony
• 1:00 PM – Guests begin to arrive at the ceremony venue
• 1:30 PM – Ceremony starts
• 2:00 PM – Ceremony ends / Congratulations
• 2:00 PM – Family & friends , group photos starts
• 2:30 PM – Photo session ends
Late Afternoon: Cocktail Hour
• 2:00 PM – Cocktail hour begins
• 2:15 PM – Couple can take a break or join cocktail hour
• 2:45 PM – Guests begin to be seated for reception
Evening: Reception
• 5:00 PM – Grand entrance of the couple
• 5:15 PM – First dance / Couple Welcome speech / Blessing
• 5:45 PM – Dinner service begins
• 6:30 PM – Family&Friends Speeches / Toasts
• 7:00 PM - Games
• 7:30 PM – Cake cutting
• 8:00 PM – Bouquet & garter toss (optional)
• 8:15 PM – Family dances (optional)
• 8:30 PM – DJ Dance floor opens
• 9:00 PM – Last dance (optional)
• 10:00 PM – Grand exit (sparklers, bubbles, etc.)
